Use as desired, typically diluted 5 times.

It's a simple preparation of chopped or whole lemons pickled in salt for several months. This salt curing ferments the lemons, adding a savory note to their acidity and transforming them into a rich, flavorful ingredient.

Suruga lemons are carefully cured for over three months with salt from "Arashio," Shizuoka's renowned salt producer, creating a refreshing and rich salted lemon that perfectly complements any dish.
It's a versatile seasoning that brightens up any table, from fried chicken and salted beef tongue to yakiniku, grilled fish, and salads.
Enjoy adding a small amount (about 7-10mm, the size of an adult's pinky fingernail) of salted lemon to your favorite dishes.
