studio m' アソルティ プレート Ｌ
アソルティはフランス語で「盛り合わせ」という意味。
ティータイムにケーキやお菓子をのせたり、夜の落ち着いた時間に チーズやドライフルーツを盛りつけ、ワインとともにゆったりと過ごす。
そんな贅沢な時間に使いたいプレート。
花のような形はシンプルなシルエットながら、料理や食卓に彩りを添えます。
強めの凹凸のラインで縁取りを作ることで、盛り面のフラットな部分が際立たちます。
Lはロングタイプ。幅が30cmあり、スリム型のパウンドケーキを のせるのにちょうどいい長さ。
チョコレートや焼き菓子を並べてもわくわくします。
シンプルでフラットな盛り面はカップを上に重ねて使うなど 組み合わせのアレンジもしやすく、いろいろな使い方を楽しめます。

白は乳白釉のなめらかな白さをベースに、縁などの釉薬が薄い部分からは赤土が 透けて見え、また焼成によって生じる焦げ目が色に深みを生み出しています。
黒はマットな質感。食材の色をより鮮やかに、みずみずしく見せてくれます。 コーディネートでは、テーブルを引き締めてくれる存在に。

sobokai チェルキオ 8寸皿
お料理を盛れば和食は馴染み、洋食はモダンな印象の一皿に。
イタリア語で円や輪という意味のチェルキオは、
食事から人の輪が生まれるという意味が込められています。
自由な盛付けの出来るこのフラットな盛り面と質感は、
料理を作る人の感性を刺激してくれます。
乳白釉を使用した白と鉄分を多く含む虹彩釉を使用した黒の定番の2色は、
品がありながらシャープな印象。
8寸皿は、メインのお肉料理やお魚料理を盛り付けるのにちょうど良いサイズです。
上絵付けは本焼成をした器に、上絵の具や上絵転写で絵柄を施し約800度で
焼き付ける技法です。
鮮やかな色が楽しめますが、釉薬のコーティングがされていない
状態のため剥れやすいのも特徴です。
