A large, all-over patterned shawl made from 100% cotton mosquito net fabric.
The adorable Kayanomi pattern is printed on the mosquito net fabric. Mosquito net fabric is breathable and quickly absorbs sweat from the neck, drying quickly, so it can also be worn as a towel. 
The light color of the print gives it a versatile impression, even with an all-over pattern. 
Since the print is applied on top of the woven mosquito net fabric, the printed area is less likely to shrink when washed, resulting in a new texture different from plain fabric.

Kaya (mosquito net) --- Kaya (mosquito net) is the name of a coarsely woven fabric. It was originally used as an insect repellent cloth, hence the character for "mosquito" (蚊) is included.
BAN INOUE's commitment is to 100% cotton, vibrantly colored kaya.
Characteristics of kaya fabric --- Originally, kaya was hung as a mosquito repellent when sleeping.
It is a coarsely woven, airy fabric.
It is woven with wide gaps between the threads to allow air to pass through, making it very light and highly flexible.
However, as it is a woven fabric, it has no elasticity.
The charm of kaya fabric --- When the "sizing" used during weaving washes off, each individual fiber expands, revealing the natural softness of cotton.
Furthermore, as the fine fibers intertwine, the material becomes even more skin-friendly, soft, and airy.
