A purely domestic walnut basket bag.
This is a purely domestic walnut basket bag, hand-woven with care from the bark of walnut trees in Okuaizu, Fukushima Prefecture.
This piece is by Mieko Hasegawa from Mishima Town, Fukushima Prefecture, where basketry is a thriving craft.
She is a skilled artisan, and her gentle and cheerful personality seems to be reflected directly in the warmth of her work.
Walnut bark has a beautiful, weathered, grayish-brown texture that, with use, matures into a deep, subdued reddish-brown.
Compared to wild grapevines, the bark is softer, more flexible, and elastic. It's lightweight and comfortable in the hand, and its durability means you can enjoy it for a long time.
Its simple and natural texture makes it suitable not only for traditional Japanese attire but also easy to match with your everyday style.
It's easy to carry, whether for casual or elegant occasions, and suits any person or setting.
No two walnut baskets made from natural materials are exactly alike. We offer a beautiful, unique encounter that is one of a kind.
A comfortable size with a rounded handle that's easy to hang on your arm. The contrast using the reverse side of the bark adds an accent.
The bark is finely and uniformly prepared, then meticulously and beautifully woven in an ajiro pattern using the surface.
The gusset is sturdily woven and holds its shape, making it very strong.
The flat bottom prevents items from shifting.
The inside of the bag is fitted with an inner lining,
and there are a total of three pockets on the left and right.
It also comes with a covering cloth, which is a nice feature for concealing the bag's contents.
【To Customers Purchasing Walnut Baskets】
Walnut baskets may develop mold or insect damage depending on their storage conditions. This can happen.
Walnut baskets, being made of natural materials, absorb necessary humidity and release excess moisture.
We recommend storing them in a place with good ventilation and low humidity.
Even when not in use, we suggest enjoying them in your room as an interior decoration or storage basket.

Keyaki (Zelkova)
Keyaki, with its red to yellow hues, has been a familiar material in Japan for centuries,
used in bowls, trays, and shrine pillars. The distinct winter and summer growth rings
create a characteristic wood grain.
Kurumi (Walnut)
Compared to "walnut," renowned as a material for Western furniture,
kurumi has a faint pinkish hue, giving it a slightly softer appearance.
Kuri (Chestnut)
Light and durable, chestnut has long been valued for cutting boards and house foundations,
especially in areas exposed to water. Its white to yellowish wood grain is perfect for a bright
dining table.
Nara (Oak)
Nara, known for its hard, substantial wood that bears acorns, is primarily used as a building material (oak wood).
Its rugged and heavy nature gives it a more masculine feel.
With its yellow to brown tones, it blends well with oak furniture,
making it suitable for a stylishly arranged dining table.
Sakura (Cherry)
Sakura, the green of its leaves and pink of its petals, is reflected in its wood grain.
It is the most popular wood type, allowing you to truly feel the wood grain, and it has the smoothest texture.

Incredible Durability! A colander known for its "toughness"
Made with thicker wire material than the mesh typically used in colander manufacturing, it boasts astonishing strength, able to withstand a 14kg weight without collapsing! It's appropriately named the "Tough Colander."
This colander is exceptionally durable and long-lasting, even favored by professionals.
Easy to clean - Integrated one-piece design
This is a one-piece design without separate legs. You won't experience the frustration of "sponges getting caught" or "hard-to-reach gaps" when cleaning. It's easy to clean by hand and even in a dishwasher.
Because it's something you use every day, these "little things" are really important.
Deep design prevents food from spilling
The deep shape is advantageous when straining a large amount of ingredients.
It helps prevent rice from spilling when rinsing, and when paired with a bowl, the colander's sides are taller, preventing ingredients from overflowing even if the bowl is filled with water.
Excellent drainage with 12-mesh specification
A 12-mesh colander offers even better drainage and higher strength compared to a 16-mesh one.
Made of rust-resistant 18-8 stainless steel for hygiene. Its three-dimensional shape allows it to stand on its own even without legs, and it's easy to store because it doesn't take up much space when stacked.
Colanders are essential kitchen tools for cooking. Since you use them every day, it's best to choose a high-quality one that will last a long time.

HONEY VINEGAR MOCKTAIL 300ml
-Pear and Honey Vinegar-
For a beautiful and healthy everyday life that will last forever.
"Twentieth Century Pear Vinegar" is a special vinegar that supports "beauty and health."
We wanted to deliver the wonderful power of this pear vinegar more "deliciously" to more people,
so we added the nutrition and deliciousness of rare "raw honey."
With the double power of vinegar and honey, you can take care of your beauty and health from the inside out,
while enjoying the "revolution in drinking vinegar" as a reward.
We recommend diluting it with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail is made only with ingredients that are truly good for your body,
without any added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.
Besides sparkling water, you can also dilute it with hot water, milk, or other beverages to your liking.
It can also be used in dishes such as vinegared dishes and as a salad dressing.
This product is highly recommended for many people to enjoy,
for a beautiful and healthy everyday life that will last forever.
What is a Mocktail?
A mocktail is a word combining "mock," meaning "imitation," and "cocktail,"
and is a new name for non-alcoholic cocktails.
With the rich, deep sweetness and mellowness of thick raw honey, this "revolution in drinking vinegar" is easy for those who don't like vinegar to incorporate into their lives.
We want you to enjoy this product not as something you "try hard to drink" for beauty and health,
but as a "reward drink" of one glass a day that you genuinely "enjoy for its deliciousness,"
like a non-alcoholic cocktail.
With that in mind, we named it "HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail."
The taste is like "drinking honey"
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail is a "gut-beautifying mocktail" that combines the refreshing and invigorating taste of pear vinegar with the deep, mellow sweetness of raw honey,
satisfying your mind and body when you're tired or want to feel refreshed.
Its taste is less like "vinegar" and more like "drinking honey"!
There are no unnecessary ingredients. Because it's only vinegar and honey, you can enjoy it guilt-free even when you're on a diet, pregnant,
or avoiding commercially available sparkling drinks, alcohol, or sweets.
The double power of Twentieth Century Pear Vinegar and Raw Honey!
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail uses "Twentieth Century Pear Vinegar" made only from Twentieth Century pears produced in Tottori Prefecture.
The sweetness comes only from "raw honey," which is said to be compatible with good gut bacteria!
Vinegar is known to be very beneficial for maintaining our beauty and health,
but many products contain added sugar or artificial sweeteners to make them easier to drink.
In contrast, HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail adds only natural, unheated raw honey (= Hungarian acacia honey) to pure pear vinegar, which is authentically brewed from 100% Twentieth Century pears.
Rare Hungarian acacia honey, which accounts for only 2% of the honey distributed in Japan,
is characterized by its smooth texture and mild, non-クセ-like sweetness.
Since this raw honey is said to be compatible with good gut bacteria,
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail, which combines "Twentieth Century Pear Vinegar" and "raw honey,"
is truly a "rewarding beauty" product that achieves beauty and health with its double power and delicious taste.
Utilizing discarded pears! Reducing food loss and SDG initiatives in Tottori, the production area
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail was born from a crowdfunding project held in June 2022!
One of the reasons for the development of HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail was the desire to utilize discarded pears.
The Twentieth Century pears used in HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail are from Tottori Prefecture.
Twentieth Century pears from Tottori Prefecture account for over 50% of domestic production, with over 9,000 tons harvested annually.
However, the reality is that 10% of the production is discarded as off-spec, and the quantity is so large that
it has been used as fertilizer, and at times, transported to incinerators in neighboring Okayama Prefecture.
Therefore, "Twentieth Century Pear Vinegar," a vinegar made from off-spec Twentieth Century pears,
was born from joint research by local people and companies with the aim of "doing something about off-spec pears that would otherwise be discarded."
By using pear vinegar that effectively utilizes these "off-spec Twentieth Century pears that cannot be marketed," we at MYHONEY
are supporting the reduction of food loss and environmental conservation in Tottori Prefecture, the production area of Twentieth Century pears.
HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail can also be used in cooking.
In addition to "drinking" it, HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail can be used in dishes such as vinegared dishes, simmered dishes, and sushi (sushi rice),
allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of honey "without sugar."
For salads and meat dishes, you can combine it with olive oil and your preferred amount of pepper, salt, nuts, etc.,
to create your own original dressing or sauce.
Not only does it make your everyday meals much fresher and more stylish, but it also boosts their nutritional value, so it's highly recommended.
Please try incorporating HONEY VINEGAR Mocktail into your daily routine for a delicious and beautiful, healthy everyday life that will last forever.
