It's that time of year again for People Tree chocolates. These fair trade chocolates are carefully made with specially selected ingredients. Not only the cacao beans, but all other ingredients are also fair trade and organic. We hope to bring many delicious smiles this year too!





People Tree chocolates use cacao beans grown by producer organizations in Bolivia and Peru that are dedicated to organic farming. By purchasing their carefully grown crops at a fair price, we support their daily lives, protect the health of the growers and the environment, and provide educational support. It luxuriously uses "Mashu Ruby" strawberries, produced by Oriental Land (Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture) in Teshikaga Town, Hokkaido.
By using MYHONEY's "raw honey" and a special manufacturing method, we have created a special strawberry jam that uses no sugar at all.




The honey we at MYHONEY use is unheated Hungarian acacia honey, which accounts for only 2% of the domestic market... it is "raw honey."

MYHONEY's "raw honey" refers to honey that has never been heated (above 50℃-60℃), and has the following characteristics:
・Because vitamins and enzymes are alive, high efficacy can be expected.
・It is refreshing, mellow, and delicious, with noクセ.




It is said that when honey is heated, over 190 types of enzymes it contains are destroyed.
While unheated honey is crucial to obtain its natural deliciousness and nutrition, 99% of the honey we purchase is heated due to considerations for transportation, packaging, sterilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
On the other hand, MYHONEY imports unheated honey from Hungary using a special transportation method. The transportation takes a long 3 months, as we transport it slowly to preserve its unheated state.

To verify its strict quality control, MYHONEY has obtained a certificate from the Hungarian Embassy. This certificate was obtained only by MYHONEY, which has been committed to delivering truly delicious "raw honey" unheated.




MYHONEY's raw honey has a GI of 28

The Hungarian acacia honey used by MYHONEY is also a low-GI food, recommended for those on a diet. The GI value quantifies the degree of blood sugar rise after consuming food, and a lower value indicates a gentler absorption of sugar and less burden on the body.

MYHONEY collaborates with the Hokkaido volleyball team "Voreas Hokkaido." The background to this is the coach's words, "Most top athletes in the world do not consume sugar."

It is said that not consuming sugar is a global trend among professional athletes.
