Echizen Hard Lacquer Brushstroke Finish

■Brushstroke (Hakeme) Technique
The "Hakeme technique," which utilizes hand-painted brushstrokes, requires exceptional skill
because it's impossible to repaint after applying the lacquer.
Minor scratches are less noticeable, making it recommended for daily use.

This dishwasher-safe lacquer is the result of various experiments. It uses 100% natural lacquer, with no chemical coatings whatsoever.
■Echizen Hard Lacquer
It is said that lacquer reaches its hardest state 100 years after application, requiring a long time for complete curing.
"Echizen Hard Lacquer" is a lacquer developed through industry-academia-government collaboration with Fukui Prefecture and Fukui University, achieving a hard coating that can withstand dishwashers.
